David received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lincoln Christian College in 1975, and Bachelors (1978) and Masters (1982) from Indiana State University. He served as Associate Minister at several Terre Haute churches, before moving in 1982 to become Senior Minister of Kansas Christian Church, Kansas, Illinois. It was in Kansas that David's passion for prayer and missions began to develop. He has served, and continues to serve, in numerous leadership capacities, and on Boards of Directors and committees.
